Honor Consulting was born from my deep passion for the fields of food and hospitality.
Ever since I was a child, I collected receipts and business cards from all the restaurants and hotels I visited with my family. It was a way of remembering the milestones of travels, experiences and emotions. Food to me represents love, warmth, sharing and opportunity. Whenever I see the sign of a new business for the first time, I always hope it will give satisfaction to those who are putting their heart and soul into bringing it to life.
I always remind my collaborators that we have a great responsibility: narrating dreams, ambitions and emotions. Behind every project there are those who every day, summon the strength to realize it.
The companies that we curate are not just clients for us, they are our restaurants, our hotels, our projects. We follow more than 100 businesses all over Italy, including restaurants, hotels and food & wine firms. We feel a strong sense of belonging for each of them.
After Milan and Rome, we will soon be opening our office in the heart of French gastronomy, Paris!
